Julius Gibrilla Woobay (born May 19, 1984 in Bo, Sierra Leone, Sierra Leone) is a Sierra Leonean International footballer. He is a defensive midfielder for Universitatea Craiova in the Romanian first division and for the Leone Stars, Sierra Leone senior national soccer team.

He began his football career in his native Sierra Leone with powerhouse East End Lions in the Sierra Leone National Premier League. He joined Cyprus first division club Nea Salamis FC in 2004 from East End Lions. He has recently moved to Romanian side Universitatea Craiova on a four year contract from Cyprus club Nea Salamis FC.
